In 2021 we take another step forward in establishing the Ojai Senior Cup as one of the West Coast’s premier Senior Amateur Championships.

 

Starting this year, the tournament will be a 54-hole competition with Senior (55+, 5.4 max index) and Super Senior (65+, 7.4 max index) Divisions. There will also be a Presidents Flight for players 55+ with indexes between 5.5 and 9.9. Those aged 65+ may choose to play in the Senior division or Presidents Flight. Players must meet the age requirement by the last day of the tournament, October 24, 2021.

 

Schedule

 

Friday, October 22

We will open with Round 1 (tee times starting late morning) at the beautifully-restored Soule Park followed by a reception-like gathering for the players in our newly renovated Bar & Grill

 

Saturday, October 23

Round 2 will be at the historic Ojai Valley Inn, with tee times starting at 7:30am

 

Sunday, October 24

The final round will be back at Soule Park with tee times starting at 7:30am, and the awards ceremony immediately after play concludes

Senior Ranking Points

 

We have been guaranteed the highest non-SCGA event Senior Player of the Year points for the 2021 event. We are working on being recognized for national ranking points.
